You book, then reply to your receipt with your store URL, your domain, and access to get set up (I'll tell you exactly what I need). I take it from there and keep you posted.

Do I own it at the end?

Completely. It's built in your own Amazon account on your own domain — I hand you the keys. Nothing is locked to me.
